What makes Unbound Retreat different

Unbound Retreat is about creating the conditions for clarity, agency, and confidence to return; naturally and honestly.

The retreat is thoughtfully structured without being rigid, and guided without being directive. Choice, rest, and self-trust sit at the centre of the experience.

This retreat is for you.

An Unbound Retreat is created for professional women who carry responsibility, make complex decisions, and are often the one holding things together - at work and beyond.

You may feel capable, trusted, and outwardly successful, while also sensing a need for space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters now.

You don’t need to be burned out or at breaking point.
You simply need to be ready for a quieter kind of clarity.

This retreat is likely a good fit if you’re looking for:

Time and space to think without interruption

A calm, well-held environment rather than high intensity

Structure with flexibility and choice

Reflection that supports real-world decisions

An experience that respects your agency and pace

Arrival and unhooking

The first day of Unbound Retreat is about landing gently.

You are invited to arrive slowly, let go of pace and roles, and begin unhooking from expectation. There is no pressure to participate in everything or to show up in any particular way.

This day creates the conditions for safety, orientation, and ease so your system can begin to settle.

Behind the cups, there are a black teapot with steam, a tray with dried tea leaves, and various decorative items including a green fruit, a purple object, and a plant with green leaves in the background.

Rhythm, choice, and lightness

The second day of Unbound Retreat balances guided reflection with embodied experiences, conversation, and real rest.

You choose how you engage throughout the day. Nothing is compulsory and your energy sets the pace.

This is where insight deepens through rhythm rather than effort.

Reflection and integration

The final day of Unbound Retreat is about meaning making and carrying clarity forward.

There is space to reflect on what has shifted, to let go of what no longer fits, and to consider what you want to take back into your life and leadership.

You leave with clarity that feels integrated and realistic rather than rushed.

Frequently asked questions

Around a week before the retreat, you will be invited to complete a short REACH profile, which takes around 15 minutes, and to join an optional virtual session with the guides to gently sketch your life road map.

This session is held as a supportive orientation, not as preparation or homework. It offers a chance to arrive feeling more settled, familiar with the tone of the retreat, and already listening inward.

Everything shared is held lightly, and nothing needs to be completed perfectly or in advance.

You are always welcome to arrive just as you are.

  • The virtual session is a calm, guided space held by Jess and Deb approximately one week before the Unbound Retreat.

It offers an opportunity to connect, ask questions, and sketch a simple life road map to support clarity and orientation. There is no pressure to share deeply, and participation is gentle and optional.

The intention is to support arrival and ease, not to front-load the retreat experience.
