Single Room Experience

The Unbound Retreat is a three-day immersive leadership experience designed for women who carry significant responsibility and want intentional space to think, reflect, and create forward momentum.

Set in a calm retreat environment, this experience blends facilitated leadership reflection sessions, guided thinking practices, meaningful peer dialogue, and personal renewal experiences that support both clarity and action.

Your Single Room Experience includes private accommodation, all retreat sessions, curated participant materials, and nourishing meals throughout the retreat.

Participants leave with renewed perspective, practical next steps, and a trusted network of peers who understand the complexity of leadership.

Twin Share Experience

The Unbound Retreat Twin Share Experience is designed for colleagues, partners, or friends who wish to attend together while sharing accommodation.

This three-day immersive leadership experience provides intentional space to think, reflect, and create forward momentum. Participants engage in facilitated leadership reflection sessions, guided thinking practices, peer dialogue, and renewal experiences designed to support clarity, perspective, and meaningful next steps.

The Twin Share Experience includes shared accommodation for two participants, all retreat sessions, curated participant materials, and nourishing meals throughout the retreat.

Participants leave with renewed perspective, strengthened connection, and practical action pathways to take forward into leadership and life.

Optional Extension Experience

The Extension Experience offers participants additional time to integrate retreat insights, reflect, and transition back into daily leadership with intention.

This optional continuation includes an additional overnight stay, a sanctuary mineral bathing experience, relaxed dinner arrangements, breakfast, additional learning space, and extended personal reflection time in the retreat environment.

Designed for participants who value depth, integration, and thoughtful closure, the Extension Experience supports a calm and intentional return to work and life following the retreat.

Friday afternoon to Saturday morning extension- Ideal for participants who want additional integration time before returning home, or maybe are planning to continue their weekend in the Spa Country.

Booking Terms

Deposits and Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.

  • Full payment must be completed by the date specified at the time of booking.

  • Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the retreat start date may receive a partial refund excluding the deposit.

  • Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable due to venue and supplier commitments.

Substitutions

Participants may transfer their place to another eligible participant with written notice up to 7 days prior to the retreat start date.

Postponements or Changes

  • If the retreat is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, bookings will automatically transfer to the new dates.

  • If a participant cannot attend the rescheduled retreat, a credit valid for a future retreat may be issued.

Minimum Numbers

  • Retreat delivery is subject to minimum participant numbers.

  • If minimum numbers are not reached, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future retreat.
