A non-refundable deposit secures your place at the Unbound Retreat.
Deposits are payable at the time of booking to confirm your place.
The remaining balance is due by 6 April 2026.
An invoice for the outstanding balance will be issued on 6 March 2026, with a 30-day payment period.
If registering on or after 6 April 2026, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Payment plans may be discussed upon request.

A deposit is required to secure your place at the Unbound Retreat. All deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel your place on or before 6 April 2026, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded, less an administrative fee of $250 + GST.
If you cancel after 6 April 2026, refunds are not available, as venue, accommodation, and catering commitments will have been confirmed and paid.
However, you may transfer your place to another suitable participant prior to the retreat, provided written notice is received, and the replacement participant completes the registration requirements.
If the Unbound Retreat is postponed or cancelled by the organisers, all payments made will be refunded in full.
We strongly recommend that participants obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
